Refund and Cancellation Policy
https://shopistan.xyz/ offers 15 days (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on https://shopistan.xyz/ for three reasons within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Because no refunds will be generated if we receive the products not in original condition. If the product does not has any manufacturing defects or damages then the product will be eligible for exchanges only.
- In case of cancellation of order, payment will be returned within 2-3 days of cancellation of order
- in case of refund, payment will be refunded within 7 days of return confirmation
- User can cancel the order with 24 hours of Order Confirmation
- Money will refund through same medium it was deposited.
We will reverse pick up the shipment. Once we receive your return, we will review the product and will credit the amount you paid for the products as refund to your Bank Account (If the product is found in its original condition). Please generate your return/exchange request by dropping a mail on Info@shopistan.xyz.
You can exchange an item purchased for a new size or article if there was an error from our end while processing the order only. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that if we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, the single shipping fee Rs.200 is borne by you.
If you return an order delivered to you for a non acceptable service claim then, original shipping charges will not be refunded plus an additional charges of Rs.200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Reasons for return/exchange may vary from:
- Manufacturing Defected product
- Wrong Size/color Delivered
- Sizing issue is subjected for exchange only.
